Introduction

Welcome to Rebellious Grace. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our Bonded™ Solid Gold Permanent Jewellery service ("Service"). By purchasing or engaging with this Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

  • The Bonded™ Solid Gold Permanent Jewellery service is available to individuals aged 8 years and above.

  • Unattended minors may be required to provide parental or guardian permission before receiving the Service.

  • You must ensure that any medical or skin conditions are disclosed prior to receiving the Service. Rebellious Grace is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Nature of Bonded™ Permanent Jewellery

  • Bonded™ jewellery is a solid gold, fine chain that is permanently welded without a clasp.

  • This jewellery is designed to be worn continuously, but it can be easily removed with scissors or wire cutters.

  • “permanent jewellery” is a globally used term and only implies of the clasp-less nature of the item, it is not an indication of longevity of wear; it is a fine chain and may break under stress or excessive force.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings for Bonded™ jewellery must be made through our official website.

  • No deposit is required for bookings.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of service completion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the appointment time without penalty.

  • A confirmation text message will be sent within 24 hours of the appointment. Failure to respond to this message may result in your booking being cancelled.

  • "No-show" appointments will incur a $50 "no-show" fee.

Warranty and Repairs

  • Bonded™ jewellery comes with a two-year warranty covering standard repairs.

  • This warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, or damage due to misuse.

  • Rebellious Grace is not liable for lost chains due to breakage. Customers must retain any broken or damaged items to present for assessment.

  • We cannot replace any items that are not presented to us.

  • Chains deemed ‘faulty’ must be sent to our manufacturer in Melbourne for an extensive assessment. Replacements for faulty chains are provided by the manufacturer after comprehensive testing (this may take 4-6 weeks).

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of their Bonded™ jewellery.

  • Rebellious Grace is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, excessive force, or exposure to chemicals.

Limitations of Liability

  • Rebellious Grace is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from the use or wearing of Bonded™ jewellery, which is considered standard jewellery. The same care and caution should be exercised as with any fine chain.

  • Rebellious Grace's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

Intellectual Property

  • Bonded™ is a trademark of Rebellious Grace (2021-present) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use of the Bonded™ trademark or any related imagery is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Rebellious Grace reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Customers are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
